$1,000 Retainer, Non-Refundable, payable in advance with signed service proposal or
$600 Total for Preliminary Assessment, payable in advance with signed service proposal
$150 Per Hour - On Site Inspection, Consultation, Deposition, Testimony
$100 Per Hour - Travel, Waiting Time, Report Preparation
Testing, Destructive Testing & Repair - Actual Cost Plus Hourly Fee
Normal Related Expenses - Copy, Fax, Long Distance Phone, Travel Expenses, Record Retrieval
Laboratory Fees - Actual Cost Plus Hourly Fee for Collection, Submission and Reporting
Fees Accrued Beyond the Retainer Amount will be Invoiced and Payment is Due in 30 Days
